One day ago we had a short discussion in our shiur with our rabbi if in jud=
aism we can speak=A0of a theology. It includes the definition of g-d but at=
 all the christian speak of theology and it includes all three units of g-d=
, therefore that is a separate question and according=A0 Israel it is also =
the question if it can be a theocrathy. A religion Israel state includes th=
e halachic laws and the beit din as an govermental institution. The beit di=
n at this time for govermental issues (as far as I know) can advice and if =
something goes wrong in the trade for example they can also determinate the=
 prices of products.And then is also the question if the halachic laws are =
democratic elements. In Israel we have many orthodox religious groups more =
than in Germany and perhaps a cooperation between state and religion is bet=
ter because=A0 it is not good to loose the complete identification of judai=
sm.Why not a democratic religion state?
